Meet Fernanda Ortega

The purpose-driven creator of EAGER Consulting.

Fernanda Ortega
Founder, EAGER Consulting

Hello! My name is Fernanda, and I am a Transformational Career Coach and Mentor who supports professionals and business owners who are eager to move from unfulfillment to limitless possibilities through discovering and creating their next roadmap.

With over twenty years of experience as a global Human Resources executive in several industries, successfully leading teams in Latin America, the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, I have always driven business transformation, facilitated complex mergers and acquisitions, and led growth in start-ups on a global scale. Now, I bring these passions to mentoring and consulting businesses and entrepreneurs to thrive.

In addition to holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and several studies in Business Administration, I received my coaching certification through Columbia University.

Growing up in Brazil, living on three continents over the last decade, and working with such a variety of global talent, I have learned to expertly move between and with cultures, languages, histories, and personal stories.

I help you to successfully navigate transitions so that you may clearly envision and plan for your future. I share everything I have learned in my journey, supported every step of the way by proven methods and frameworks to help you create your unique map toward fulfillment and joy. I empathize with those who have not experienced the same world of opportunity as others, committing my work to serve all people willing to embrace change, learn and take action.

I am a mother of two boys, 19 years apart and as close as two brothers can be, and married to an award-winning film producer and director. I’m passionate about the arts, have more books than clothes and I am known for having friends and coffee dates around the world.

I can not wait to partner with you!
