Hello!

I’m the CEO & Founder of EAGER Consulting and a Certified Executive Coach and Mentor. I support professionals and entrepreneurs in navigating change and designing their next roadmap with clarity and purpose.

With over two decades of experience as a global CHRO across diverse industries, I’ve led high-performing teams and driven business transformation in Latin America, the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

My journey has included complex mergers, strategic growth in startups, and building cultures across continents.

Born and raised in Brazil, I’ve spent the last decade living on three continents, learning to move fluently between cultures, languages, and unique life stories. These experiences have deeply shaped how I connect with people and lead transformation.

I hold a degree in Psychology, an MBA, a Coaching Certification from Columbia University, and a Designing Your Life certification from Stanford.

I currently live in Barcelona with my little family and share my time between Atlanta, USA and São Paulo, Brazil, where my heart also is. You can see me having coffee dates around the world with friends and colleagues I dearly nurture and will notice that I have more books than clothes.
